COVID-19 Company Policy:

USS has suspended all face-to-face meetings for our Qualified Professionals. Your QP will be using
telephone, text, email, facetime, duo, etc. for supervisions and clinical support.

The USS office is still open. In the event we have to close the office, we have developed provisions to
receive calls and provide normal hours of operation remotely.

If you or your client is sick please call your USS Qualified Professional after business hours or the office
during normal business hours. Do not work until you have been given clearance from USS if you are sick.

Setworks - Schedule changes, technical support, etc. please call the office during normal business hours.

Clinical Emergencies - Call USS on-call at 704-841-3544 and dial 9 to reach the on-call QP.

If you are discarding items from a quarantined home, follow these steps until the quarantine period is over:

1) Place recyclables in the garbage with regular garbage items. - DO NOT PLACE IN RECYCLE BINS
2) Double bag garbage before placing in the outside garbage bins.
